Bismillahirahmanirahim...
Never compare your marriage to the ones you see in movies.
They’re written by screenwriters, yours is written by ALLAH.
Like every normal girl, I was excited about marriage right from my childhood days.
I never thought beyond the time that I would spend happily with my spouse.
Alhamdulillah.
But today when I am married, I realize that marriage is not all roses.
It’s not just about being with your beloved and having a gala time.
There is so much more to it.
It comes with its own share of responsibilities, duties, sacrifices and compromises.
Yet,
I'm so in love with this marriage.
Thank you dear families and people who gave us green light to get knowing each other since the day we met.
Alhamdulillah.
Marriage for me is a promise you made to yourself.
Don’t go into a marriage in search of happiness.
Marriage isn’t the place to find happiness.
Marriage is struggles and hardship and difficulties, for it we become stronger, and closer to Allah azza wajal.
InshaALLAH.
Marriage in Islam completes half of your deen.
Do not be swayed by good looks or money as these will come and go.
Learn and walk in deen together.
Go in a marriage with the purpose in getting closer to ALLAH .
InshaALLAH it will be a blessed marriage.
AME3N.
I'm a woman who always wanted to get into perfect marriage which I can perform salah together, raise our hand asking forgiveness from HIM together, reciting Quran together, holding hands together with dzikir come out from our mouth.
ALLAHU... I really wanted this for the rest of my life.
But, ALLAH's plan is the best. HE send us apart for a while. He wanted us to taste the test from Him for it we become thankful for every nikmah HE gives us.
InshaALLAH,
with Qudrat He gives me,
I will try to survive until some-time-we-don't-even-know-when.
For sake of us and our future caliph.
AME3N.
